By using meimalabel.com or purchasing from MEIMÁ Label, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read carefully before placing an order.

Orders

All MEIMÁ coats are made to order. Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order at our discretion.

Payment

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay. All payments are securely processed through third-party providers. Prices are displayed in your local currency where applicable and may include regional taxes.

Shipping & Delivery

Production takes 5 to 7 business days. Once complete, your order will be shipped using one of our trusted courier partners, which may include DHL, FedEx, UPS, Royal Mail, Parcel Force, or others.

Shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days. During high-demand periods (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday, pre-Christmas, or Boxing Day), delivery may extend to 10 to 14 business days.

International Orders & Duties

We ship worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any additional customs duties, VAT, or import taxes applicable in their country. These fees are not included in the product price.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final due to the made-to-order nature of our products. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless there is a verified issue with craftsmanship or damage during delivery. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy for details.

Product Accuracy

We make every effort to display product images and descriptions accurately. However, variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or the natural characteristics of materials such as real fur or leather.
