Returns & Exchanges

At MEIMÁ, each piece is made with care and designed to be worn with confidence. If your order isn’t quite right, we accept returns under the conditions below.

Return Window

  • Full Refund: Items returned within 7 days of delivery are eligible for a full refund.
  • Store Credit: Returns made between 8–14 days of delivery will be issued as a MEIMÁ store credit.
  • Final Sale: All items marked as Final Sale are non-refundable and not eligible for store credit or exchange.

Condition of Returns

  • Items must be returned in original condition — unworn, undamaged, and free of makeup, pet hair, deodorant, perfume, or any other signs of wear.
  • All original tags and/or ribbons must be attached.
  • Every return is carefully inspected upon arrival at our warehouse. Items that do not meet these standards may be refused and returned to you.

Return Shipping

  • Returns are not complimentary. Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs.
  • MEIMÁ is not liable for lost parcels during return transit. We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service and retaining proof of postage until your refund or credit has been processed.

Packaging & Labeling

  • Ensure your return is clearly marked as: MEIMÁ RETURNS
  • Incorrect labeling may result in additional duties or customs fees, which will be deducted from your final refund or store credit.

How to Begin Your Return

To initiate a return, email info@meimalabel.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide instructions for shipping your item back to us.
